To make optimal health easier I’ve created a checklist.

We are all familiar with the health checklist of brushing our teeth and the consequences of not doing so.

When the parts of your body on the STŌN checklist go bad, they cause all sorts of major problems and disease including the inability to lose body fat.

The STŌN Functional Nutrition Checklist:

  • Hypoxic Tissues (most people have this without knowing)

  • Insulin Sensitivity
  • Circadian Rhythms and Sleep

  • Vasculature (the endothelium) and Cardiovascular Strength

Simply put,  you cannot have real health with your best looking body without accounting for each of these targets.  Period.

These are the checklist items having the biggest impact on our overall health, with the fewest amount of bullets used.
